What's up?
Here are a couple pictures with my mommy, daddy, and me. Never a boring moment aroung this house. I have been crawling all over the place and sitting up like a big girl. Pretty soon we are going to have to get some gates because mommy doesn't think I'm going to crawl for long. I'm already trying to pull myself up. I'm a mover and a shaker.
I'm teething more and more but no upper teeth yet. I'm loving my baby food and cereal.
My Poppy Clifton came for a visit this past wkend and this wkend I get to see Nina and Poppa. I can't wait to play with them next. I'm a popular girl.
Sorry this is so short but I just wanted to say hi and give a quick update.
Lots of love and baby kisses to all of you,
Elia

Hello!!! I'm back. Did you miss me? I'm missing all of you, but we are having so much fun here at the Bingham playhouse. Sorry that I have not gotten on mommy's computer lately. We have been spending all of our free time outside. Once I go to bed, daddy and mommy are pooped because they can't keep up with me.
Let me tell you everything that I have been doing. I do a great army crawl across the floor these days. I can get up on my knees and hands, but I'm not sure what to do next. I love to give raspberries. I can sit up on my own, but still fall over. My favorite things to play with are remote controls, water bottles, and my daddy's sunglasses. Now mommy did buy me some toys, but I rather have the remote control. I'm developing a thing for electronics. I get that from mommy.
I really like to go to the pool. My friend Sophia was a pool in her complex. I float around in my floaty with my parents. Don't worry, I wear lots of 50 SPF all the time.
I'm now eating baby food and lots of rice cereal. I really like my veggies more than my fruit. The one thing that I really didn't like were the bananas. Yucky. More peas please.
Well I have to go and make my parents smile some more. They have been working extra hard these days. They both get really happy when I do something cute. Like when I clap my hands together and smile or when I dance to my cartoons. It's how I earn my keep around here.
Baby Smooches,
Elia Bing
PS This is from the 4th of July. I'm Elia Bingham and I approve this Teddy.

Hello,
I wanted to show off my new toy that I'm finally big enough to play with. It's a bouncer!!! I can move myself back and forth, jump up and down or play with all the toys that are attached. It's so pretty because everything is pink. I love it. I have to say thank you to John and Ann for getting this for me.

As you can see, I have been busy playing with my toys. That's not all I'm doing these days. I'm rolling all over the place. I like to give everybody raspberries. Most of all, I like to scream at the top of my lungs just to hear my voice. My teachers say I sound like a 2 year old. I don't know why I scream, but it's fun to watch daddy and mommy's face when I do it. He-He.
I got to meet my cousins this weekend. Adian is 4, Claire is 1 1/2 and David is 2 months. My Uncle Jim Jim is their daddy. I'm so lucky to have fun, loving cousins. We played all day. I can't wait to see them again.

My hair is finally growing in. Mommy keeps tell me that she can't wait until I can wear pigtails. What is a pigtail? Is that a farm animal? I'm not wearing a pig on my head. Help Nina Help!!!

Mommy had to put all my 3 month clothes away so now I have a bunch of new stuff to wear. Mommy looked sad has she was putting everything in the bin. I guess I won't be wearing that stuff again. I wonder what she plans on doing with it all.

I hear my daddy and I want him to sing for me. He sings and dances all the time. He even made me a couple of songs. The next time you see him ask him to sing one for you. I'm sure he will.
Loves you,
Elia

Hello,
Here is a picture of mommy and me from Mommy's Day. I love my mommy, but she made me dress all up again. Tights, dressy shoes and poofy skirt is what I had to wear to brunch. I usually get to lounge around in my pj's on Sundays. I hope this doesn't happen every weekend.
Well, I'm teething. Mom says that she doesn't see any white yet, but I sure do feel the pressure. I have been chewing on my toys and pacifiers a lot more. If I can't get my hands on something to chew then I hit my gums together like an old lady. The drool, oh the drool, all over me, my bed and ducky. What to do?
The other new thing is that I like to reach for my daddy and mommy. If one is holding me, I reach my arms out for the other one to hold me. I keep going back and forth. I can't make up my mind which one I want. I do know that I want them to hold me all the time or I get sassy.
I have been getting lots of exercise by standing and jumping up and down. Now don't get to excited. Mommy or daddy have to hold onto me because I can't balance myself yet. Mommy thinks that I might skip the crawling and go straight to walking. He-He, good luck to my parents. I plan on running all over this house and them.
Well, I want to go and play with my toes some more. You should try it sometime. It's a go way to have fun while you are waiting on your mommy and daddy to play with you.
Baby smooches,
EJB

Did everybody miss me?!?
I have been a busy girl for the past few weeks. I had to get my parents out the door for their vacation. Then Nina and Papa were here to watch me for a week. Wow, did we have fun! Nina kissed me so much that my cheeks hurt. I even had Papa talking baby talk by the end of the week. He-He. I miss them so much. Hopefully, they come back soon so we can play some more.
Guess what? While my parents were gone, I even rolled over for the first time. Now I have to learn how to roll back over the over way. For now, I just cry and mommy or daddy come to the rescue.
I'm getting so big. Daddy weighed me and he thinks I'm about 15 lbs now. Mommy has been doing lots of extra laundry to get my 6 month clothes ready for me. I'm growing out of everything. One good thing is that my little feet can finally fit into shoes. Now only if I could walk in them. My mommy and daddy help me stand but it's going to be awhile until I'm running around.
I'm still having lots of fun at the Goddard School. I have so many friends now. Harrison still tries to hold my hand on the play mat, but I like to play with Carson more. He smiles at me every time mommy brings me into my classroom. The funny thing is that he doesn't have any hair at all. He looks like mommy and daddy's friend Ryan Plowman, Ha-Ha.
I'm drooling a lot these days. I love to chew on anything I can get my little hands on. I guess I will be getting something called teeth. What am I suppose to do with teeth? Chew my formula? How am I suppose to know all these things?
Well, I better go before mommy catches me out of my crib and on the computer again. I promise to keep up with my blog. Look for a new post on Sunday.
Kiss, Hug, Kiss
Elia
PS Auntie Sara Sommer: Can you tell Uncle Wil that I think of him every time I wear this onesie? Mommy told me he likes superheros. "I am Elia. The super cute baby of cuteness. My secret powers are my giggles that make you smile. But I will knock you over with my poopie diapers when you least expect it."

Hi Family and Friends,

Sorry that I have not been on the computer. Mommy has to turn it on for me and she has been busy getting ready for something called a vacation. Her and daddy keep talking about a place called Hawaii. Mommy said that she wants a Mai-Tai. Something is going on and I don't think it includes me. What is up with that?

I do know that Nina and Papa are coming for a visit this week. If I use my context clues, I'm guessing that mommy and daddy on going on one of those vacations while Nina and Papa stay here
at our house and take care of me. I am going to have so much fun with them. Nina will probably kiss me until my cheeks hurt and Papa will act like a clown.

Did the Easter bunny visit you? I was a good girl so I got an Easter basket. Auntie Jen and Patti helped me find it because Mr. Easter Bunny put it in a secret place, the dryer. It was filled with toys. By the way, do you like my bunny ears?

Auntie Jen and Patti stayed with us this past weekend. They played with me all day and took lots of pictures. They both brought me presents. Thank Aunties for gifts. I will have mommy or daddy take pictures of me in my outfits that you got for me.

I had fun at the Mexican restaurant, but the balloon guy was a little weird. Thank you for letting me tag along. I want to go back when I'm older so I can wear one of those funny hats they have there.

Well, I better go practice rolling over. Love you guys.

Hi,
What a busy week I had with school and weekend plans. I have been sleeping so well at night. Almost 12 hours straight and only asking for one bottle during the night. My parents are getting lots of sleep now also, so we are one happy family.
I got to go to a wedding Saturday at a church for Pete and Karin (daddy and mommy's friend). It was so pretty. Karin looked like a princess in her dress. I was a good girl during the ceremony. I didn't get to go to the grown up party afterwards, but I got to hang-out with my babysitter, Allie. Her and I played for awhile then I slept for the rest of the night.
I didn't get to meet my Uncle Jim Jim on Friday because once again I fell alseep before our guest arrived. I always do that. I try to stay up, but I get really fussy around 7:30pm and I need to go to bed. Mommy said that I get to meet him and my cousins in a few wks.
I have another busy week. I get to go to an Easter egg hunt on Thursday and I meet the Easter Bunny himself on Friday. F-U-N!!! I also get to meet Auntie Jen and Patti this Saturday. They are coming to meet me for the first time. Wow, mommy and daddy always have fun plans for me. I'm a pretty popular girl. I hope you have a great week yourself.
Smooch,
Elia
